Our number one goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If your product is received damaged or defective (missing pages, duplicate pages, etc) you may return the book to our office and receive either a refund or a replacement that will be shipped to you via Priority Mail.
If your order is received with incorrect items please contact our shipping department at 205-871-1182 extension 227. Sometimes if your requested cover is sold out a replacement cover will be sent in its place. This is stated on each item page in our online store.
